 Person just need to verify his blog ownership in Google Webmaster Tools and then submit a simple sitemap.It is very important to submit blogger sitemap to Google in terms of SEO which tells sitemap helps to index them easily in search engine.

 In order to submit you Blog sitemap in Google.First of all log in to your Google webmaster account using your Gmail id.

F In most cases all Google accounts are associated with one Gmail ID including Blogger,Google+ etc.

 When you sign in yo your Google webmaster account click the blog you want to submit the sitemap to Google.Now you see the sitemap/test option on right side just mentioned in below.

 For blogs having post less than 500 submit this sitemap:
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1$max-result=500

 if blog having more than 500 posts you can submit multiple sitemap like below:

atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501$max-result=1000

 Now refresh the page.
